S.n.c Company (Società in nome collettivo) constitutes a relevant corporate scheme according to the Italian Corporate Law.

S.n.c Company is the reference corporate model for business activities in Italy. S.n.c Company is a partnership with commercial purpose regulated by art. 2291- 2312 of Italian Civil Code. According to s.n.c. structure: its operations are profit oriented and final objective is the redistribution of profit between stakeholders.

Stakeholders are collectively responsible for social obligations. Subsequently, due to such corporate responsibility regime, stakeholders have the right to prevent creditors’ action by indicating another debtor. (Art. 2304 Italian Civil Code)

In order to set up a S.n.c. company, you should take into consideration the following incorporation checklist:

·      Choice disclosure regime of the company;

·      Italian Business Register application;
