Avv. Flavia Di Pilla

Avv. Flavia Di Pilla in an Italian-Brazilian citizen and lawyer. She graduated in Law in 2004 and she is visiting lecturer at the Department of European Union Law at the University of Siena, Faculty of Economics.

She assists and advice Italian companies within the context of internationalization projects. She follows these projects with particular expertise in the countries of South America, Brazil focus, both for the development of the entire project and for the resolution of specific legal issues. She is an expert in International Contracts (with Brazil and South American counterparties) and she is also active in selecting Brazilian partners, for Italian companies.
Since January 2007 she was Legal Expert of the Environmental Legal Team of the University of Siena for the creation of permanent support of legal assistance in the field of climate change and implementation of the Kyoto Protocol. That same year she developed for the province of Siena a draft legal advice to companies for creating economic ties between local businesses and China (c / o Promosiena).

She attended a course in Environmental Law of China in Shanghai. Also, she is Chairman of ELT (Environmental Legal Team) – which deals with information and training on environmental issues.

Since February 2008, she has been admitted to the Bar.

She is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Flavia is an activist in the field of environment and serves as pro bono advisor for several organisations for the protection of the environment.
